It rained heavily on this day.. So heavy that the dogs were all in a mad frenzy!

Heard from Joel (who heard from his bro, who in turn heard from his mom) that it will rain on every Good Friday.. Certified by Joel's bro and mom.

Now.. Why does it rain on every Good Friday? No one knows.. Some of you may say it's just pure coincidence, some may say it's Heaven crying.. Me? Not too sure but from what i know in the Holy Bible, when Jesus was speared by the Roman soldier and was pronounced dead, there were reports of darkness all over the world! *gasp* Gotta admit my knowledge of the Holy Bible ain't that strong but if you guys have seen Passion of the Christ, you should know.. I can't help but wonder whether will 2007's Good Friday be another rainy day like 2006..

Anyway, Good Friday isn't about the Easter Bunny and chocolates.. It's about Jesus facing and accepting death and he who reserructed 3 days after his death walking away from his tomb.. No, it's not M A G I C... It's Christ Jesus, God's beloved Son!

Went MoS for Tiesto's In Search of Sun Rise Tour.. Bought priority tixs, it was cheap! Dirt cheap at $38! At Door was $45.. $45 for Tiesto!? *shaking my head*

Anyway, i've got many complains about MoS (being Me and Joel's 1st trip there);
1) Tixs priced too low for this event, thus alot of unnecessary partygoers were at MoS. They're there just to be seen and not there to marvel at Tiesto! *bleah*
2) Lousy crowd control.. Inside out!
3) Pink shirt Security Guards?! WTF? Girlie..
4) Dirty, wet and nasty smelling Ladies!
5) No valet parking!?
6) Lastly, Bengs and Lians.. Need i say more? :D

It was Good but not as Good as his Zouk KL's gig.. After all, it's his album tour.. So for those who were there and find it so-so, chill... He only gave his 30% that night.

Busy with BH's meetings and loadings. Rushed off to meet my property agent and my Seller. Gave a $5000 downpayment for my unit, 1st appointment with HDB tentaively scheduled on 30 May 2006. Me can feel the burden on my shoulders...

Anyway, I need a FLOS for my flat... But i can't decide which one because i have budget to follow! :( Tentatively, it will be STYLOS.. What say you?

Great Service??

1) When your customer walk-in your restaurant, sulking aka been chow chow (face black black). After the meal, he/she left the shop with a big happy smile.. Great!?

2) When a service has been requested and promptly serviced.. Great!?

3) Listen to the customers needs and gave the right recommendation.. Great!?

4) Faced with a full occupancy at the hotel. Promptly upgrade the reservation to a higher category of room. Apologise for the overlook and 'surprise' the guest with a free upgrade without alarming the guest.. Great!?

5) Customers asking for a loan from a bank. Sales-in-charge, without any doubt submitted the relevant documents in. Prompt action leads to prompt results.. Great!?

Hmm... Never ever have i encountered a service so bad that i think they totally have no idea what in the world is called Good Service. It's amazing how the bank still have the cheek to ask for a clear copy of my IC when i did fax last Friday for my loan application..FYI, the bank will do a credit bureau check on your status with all the documents submitted for loan application. As you can see, this particular sales hasn't been following my application at all.. She doesn't call immediately to inform me about the lack of documents.. It was her operation staff who called, asking for it.. Good service? NOT!

No...! I'm not getting married. I'm just buying the flat with no co-owner and my mom as the Occupier. Get it? *haizzz*

Anyway, received a call from my mom during lunch.

My housing loan's approved! *gasp*
