Peanut in a funny position, look at her hind legs. I gave her some treats, she grabbed them and chewed them on the bed in her favourite hind-legs-always-on-the-floor position. But this time round, she looked constipated!


My cousin's daughters. The girl on the right is the shy jiejie, whereas the girl on the left is the playful meimei. She lied to my mom about jiejie pushing her, making her fall. My mom told meimei that she had pin-hole cameras all over the house, will playback the camera and see whether is it really jiejie who pushed her. In the end, for the fear of being exposed, she admitted that she fell and it wasn't jiejie who pushed her. Cheeky girl!

The only DJ i've ever encounter with a standing ovation so loud that is deafening! Yup, You heard me right!

The DJ with many loud, crazy standing ovations.. Ever!! Seen and been to Paul van Dyk, Tiesto and Ferry Corsten's gig.. Unfortunately, none of them have such LOUD standing ovations(Area and no of people based on Zouk's dancefloor area). Everyone was exceptionally sponstaneous!

We were all packed like sardines and yet that didn't stop the crowd from coming in. Most of them squeezed into small spaces that is available and indulged in AVB's magic.

That night, Serene squeezed her way through to the DJ console, grab AVB's hands and got this!

The night ended early for us, but accordingly to some very reliable source, AVB ended his gig at 7.15am!!! WTF?!!

I don't really care because i've got what i want! :p

Trek and Fish

We went on an excursion trip to Pulau Ubin with 10 other very keen fishermen..

It was my 1st visit to Ubin. Sua Koo right? Hahaha..

1st glimpse of Ubin.. Very kampong, very Malaysia, very island!

When we arrived, we went to rent our bikes. And the bike i rented, was crappy! I had problems adjusting the gears, going up the slope was crazy!

Walking along the very kampong feel streets of Ubin Town, looking for bike rental.

We went to several out of 'nowhere' to fish, we have to trek through the bushes and ride on uneven roads or dirt roads to get to their fishing spot.

It's so serene here.. Alot of rocks, alot of twigs, alot of rubbish, alot of butterflies and alot fo fishermen desperate for catch!

After a few hours of no catch, all of us decided to go back main land for lunch. On our way back to the pier, my legs were so sore and tired that i stopped and got off my bike. I could hardly ride anymore and wanted to walk back. Seeing me in so much distress, Joel exchanged his bike with mine. His bike was such a breeze to ride!! Although his is not some super bike, his gears were easier to control.

By the time we reached the pier, i was shagged.. Never been so shag riding a bike. No more trekking with fishing for me!

But i still had fun with Joel.. :)

Praise the Lord!

This is the day Joel signed his 1st sales after weeks of no sales! And there shall be many more to come, AMEN!

That's Peanut, she's 1 today..

She's very much a joy and a headache since she came into our life.. Drum beating on Joel's chest while he's still asleep, Enjoys chewing and nibbling my fingers, sing to Joel when Joel teases her, whine at the top of her lungs when Me and Joel goes out together, enjoy barking at motorcyclists when she's in the car and the list goes on and on and on and on...

Happy Birthday Miss Chevious PEAnut!!

It's my flat and yet i don't get to decide anything

My mom.. She has been very domineering since we bought this flat.. I've quarrelled with her so many times over the flat that i lost count of it! It's really getting on my nerves.

You see, i'm the 1st owner and she's the 2nd owner. I'm the one paying for the $136,000 Housing Loan, $11,000 renovation Loan and the $12,000 loan from my uncle. I'm nearing emptying my pocket, struggling with the monthly instalments but still.. I can managed.

Everything about the Renovation, she wants to be involved. She wants this and the next moment, she change her mind. It has been ongoing since the start of the renovation. Can you imagine my frustration??

Initiate plans was to spend only about $9,000 on renovation. In the end, we spent more than we should. Till date, we spent almost $18,000 including the Loan!! And that is after all the discounts we can get, with help from Joel.

We also found room tenants for the 2 rooms.

The Rental Agreement ain't my name, it's hers.

The rental ain't going to my pocket, it's going to hers.

My room suppose to be the one in front. In the end, after what the Fengshui Master said, we're exchanging rooms.

The Fengshui Master also said that this flat will bring us luck. I don't need him to tell me because i've experienced it myself.

It's my flat and yet.. I don't get to decide anything! How ironic.
