A widow and her 3 kids

I was reading the Straits Times when i stumbled across the 'Obituaries' section. I was scanning through quickly when one particular obituary caught my attention..

It reads

1st Anniversary
In Loving Memory of R

Then messages from his wife and 3 sons.

"Darling, you are the God sent gift to us.Thank you for giving so much love, joy, happiness. Through you, we fully understand unconditional lov. Your love still surrounds us every single day. Your laughter, your spirit keeps us going. Dear, you know it is so difficult to part with you. It hurts me so deeply and its been a tough year without you. I love you and miss you even more each day. God is great to give us 3 wonderful sons that i can seek comfort and joy in, especially so because i can see your values and spirit in them. I longed to be reunited with you one day and shall never part again. Till we meet again, i miss you. I love you forever." Wife, J.

"Daddy, you have been very caring and kind to us. You had loved us so much, all of us missed you so much eversince you left us last year. We hope God, Jesus and you will come to Earth one day. I will do my best in my work, achieve my goals and i shall always remember your words. Thank you Daddy. We hope your life would be better in Heaven." Son, N.

Human Resources

I never like HR people, why? Because i find them 'bitchy' and they make my life difficult! This reminds me... One of Kenair's HR Executive.....

Me: "How come my pay is so different?"
(Checking with my ex-Kenair HR Exec.. Me have no idea what or how they calculated my salary, so gotta check with them ,right?)

Can't-remember-her-name: "It's like that what, we followed the law one lei.."
(Bascially, she did give me a break down but at that point of time, i wasn't familiar with the 'law' of MOM, fomerly known as Ministry of Labour..)

After the conversation, i talked to my 'khakis' and i voiced out my doubts to them. Feeling weird, i decided to email her, with the help from my 'khakis' at work. And in return? I kena personal attack from her! I can still remember....

Can't-remember-her-name: (In her email) "You, a pleasant looking girl who can be so rude and has doubts in my profession.."

WHAT THE F**K?!!!!!!

Hey bitch, go F**K the wall! If i know what and how you calculate my pay when i was in Kenair, i would have taken your position and kicked you out, up-side-down inside-out!

Well, with my character and temper, how can i just let her off wthout screwing her, right? So i replied her, thanking her for being so 'gracious' with her words and her profession. The email is all sarcarsm and my well-wishes. She tried to confront me but.... :) Ha ha ha ha ha... Oh man, i felt damn good at that point of time.

Anyway, the morale of the story is.... HR PERSONNELS ARE BITCHES AND BASTARDS. So, don't F**K around with them!
Sorry Jane, you and me are in this position now. So we are the bitches... Don't know why am i in this shit?!!

Well, now i'm facing those challenges at work. I don't know whether does she/he/anyone has/have any plans to 'war' with me but i shall, and i will win the 'war'! So, go F**K the wall.

Nikie or Paries

There's a new addition to the Chia family on Valentine's Day 2005. It's a white miniature schnazuer! After much debate about her name, she will be Nikie Chia. And that will be 1, 2, and 3 rascals (also known as 'imperial dogs') in the family! Woah....

The three rascals might be of different breeds but they have something in common.. That is their name! The eldest is Maltese SnowIE Chia, the middle child is Shih tzu FurbIE Chia and the baby of the family is schnazuer NikIE Chia.

When we first collect Nikie on Valentine's Day. According to the manager, she's a rare 'beautiful' breed..

When Nikie first arrived in the Chia family, the first thing to do is to introduce Snowie and Furbie to their 'meimei'.. Well, things didn't work out as well as we planned. Furbie was scared of Nikie whereas Snowie was okay with Nikie. *haiz* Guess the 3 rascals need some time to adapt to each other before there will be 'peace' in the house. Anyway, Nikie doesn't smell as bad as Furbie when Furbie first arrived. I can still remember Furbie's pungent urine body smell. It was so bad that a breathe of it will choked you badly... I'm serious! Basically every dog have their own unique puppy smell, period! :p

After a bath, Nikie looks ready to terrorize Snowie and Furbie again.

And when we were at the Pet Shop to pick Nikie up, i fell in love with Nikie's brother. A male white miniature schnazuer.. Jennat mention to me before that she like the male one but due the 2 rascals at home are female, she have to go for the female puppy which is Nikie. If not you will see alot of 'hump-a-lot' action in the Chia family!! Anyway, I can't afford this male puppy and besides my prefer puppy sex is female. But..... He's too DAMN adorable!! 0_0

Hello.. My name is Nikie Chia. I'm the baby in this family. Can i bite you?

Nikie is a 'whiner' and 'shitter'.. She whines everytime someone open the door or when noise can be heard. She will start whining and whining till she grab your attention. And she's shit alot!! They have to clean her everyday because she will be stepping all over her shit! Eww.... But when i visited her yesterday, it wasn't so bad.. Think she knows that shit are not mud and that she can't roll and play with it.. :p

Jennat and Nikie sharing a quiet moment during Nikie's daily routine out-of-the-cage-play.

Strongly Recommended..!

Me and Joel were shopping at Sembawang Music when we stumbled across this!

Oh boy, what more can i say.. You really gotta buy this! This, coming from the World's No. 1 DJ, Tiesto, at the World's biggest event, Olympics with a BILLION viewers tuning in on 'live' TV worldwide! A MUST BUY CD. No regrets...

In case, you haven't been to any of Tiesto's gig, all i can say is one word, ADDICTION! Ever since we been to Tiesto's gig (which we truly enjoyed it in Zouk KL even though we were packed like sardines), other guest DJs' gig (except Trance Masters like PVD and Ferry Corsten) seems 'BORING' to us.. Basically, it's Tiesto who made us fell in love with Trance again.. Not just Trance but uplifting and progessive Trance!

Don't believe what i say? Go to one of Tiesto's gig and you will understand why we're obsess with him! :)

Happy Rooster Year!

GONG XI FA CAI!

Jaime wishes everyone a very Happy and Prosperous Lunar New Year!
Married ones, you gotta give me 'angbao'. Single ones, lucky you because we're gonna get 'angbao' from the married ones! :p

Me and Joel had a hectic schedule these few days. Visiting, gambling, gambling and gambling... From Eve of CNY (Tue) to Third day (Fri), in a short span of 4 days, we had gambled at Joel's uncle and aunt's place, my granny's place, Veto's place and Yang's place. And there will be more gambling sessions to come.. *grinning away*

You know how during Chinese New Year, almost everyone will be wearing new clothes, new hairdo, new shoes, new bags... Well, we did not forget Snowy and Furbie... :)

Look how adorable Furbie is with her new look... Awwwwww....

Do they look like the Chinese Dancers? Cool...

2 happy men with 2 unhappy tomans..

Went 'shoe' shopping yesterday. Bought a shoe to match my skirt.. Don't know why but this CNY, me have been doing many last minute shopping.. And I HATE IT! It's so rushing and i have to grab whatever is available to me.. Given not much choice to choose from!

Took me 5mins to choose, try and buy. Fast eh?

After dinner, we went fishing.. We started off quite late, around 9.30pm. Then came Jonathan, Joel's cousin. He's also into fishing..

We had 10 live baits for the night and as time was ticking away, all of us were worried that it will be another fruitless night. . *haiz*

Then came 'feeding' time! Out of no where, every rod had bites! One after another.. It was such a FANTASTIC night that we couldn't believe our luck! The 'pull' from each bite was scary.. We fought a ferocious battle with them but in the end, we lost the fight due to the thick seaweed in the waters.. :( Come to think of it, it's amazing how the fishes know where to hide and how to lose the hooks while keeping their 'meal' still intact.

Although there were several mistakes made during the trip, we were glad that we didn't go home empty handed..

Joel's 3feet 3.5kg toman! Big, fleshy and slimy..... Yucks!

2 happy men with 2 unhappy tomans...

I need a miracle

It's a Friday night and again... I'm doing nothing. Beside that, our day didn't end as well as expected. *haiz* :(

I need a miracle.. God, do you hear me? A miracle to keep the doors open and all who come against me will not favour...!
