A sneak preview

My flat is almost ready!! :)

When i bought this flat;
1) The kitchen and toilets were in a mess.. The tiles are popping due to water leakage; the toilets were super old school with a squat pan and zinc doors; Floors are those old school mosaic (Read: mosaic that are not those glass or transparent with colours kind, ok?!)..
2) It's windows are those wooden kinds with glass in between.

Ta dah!

Took away the grilles, paint it all white and i have n old-school-resort-feel window!

The more major works are all in the Kitchen and Toilets.
1) Hacking the existing walls and floors of Kitchen and Toilets
2) Waterproofing the whole of Kitchen and Toilets
3) Tiling of the whole Kitchen and Toilets floor
4) Tiling of the walls of the Toilets
5) Tiling to one wall and cement screed the rest of the Kitchen wall
6) New designer lookalike wash basin
7) New WC
8) New lightings
9) New Kitchen Cabinets
10) New Kitchen windows
11) New heater for my shower
12) New bi-fold doors for Toilets
Lastly, the most solid part of the house..

MY RAIN FALL SHOWER!!

Paid for the cheapest but yet i got the better one because they delivered the wrong type! When i realised the mistake, it's a bit too late.. Once fixed, it's of no exchange value.. Hahaha..

When we've settled down, i will organise a house warming party.. Please bring yourself and my house warming gift for those who are invited!

5 reasons WHY;

1) I think you're a nice person except that you have a bad mentally. Word of advice - since you cannot let go of the past, leave and not stay to torture yourself. You will not get anything good out of it.

2) I'm in no status/position to get involve with whatever that has happened. After all, like what you say, my words are not significant.

3) I never liked idea of being the 'ignition' for the harmless things that i've mentioned. Words that meant no harm eventually became your weapons.

4) Your quarrels had put a strain on me and Joel because you brought me into the picture. Which had happened for a few occasions. And whether you realised anot, i've haven't been chatting with you for quite some time because i'm trying my best not to say anything, be it harmful or hramless, that will aggrevate the situtation.

5) Till date, i have not choosen any sides, believe it or not.

From this day fore, you don't owe me anything and i don't owe you any too.. All the best for your future and that you will be happy in whatever you do. God bless you greatly.

Dreadful October!

I want to get out of October FAST! It's been a horrendous month..
Come November.. Where i will be more peaceful at heart, mind and soul..

My ever so big bag of burden
1) The renovation which started last week...
2) The stupid UOB issue i'm facing which till date is not solved...
3) The weekly finding of things not working as expected...
4) The $$ running low soon with more items needed...
5) The other decision maker (my mom) who keeps changing her mind about the renov..

Once my renovation is completed and handed over.. I will have peace. So meanwhile..

I'm a psycho!! Wahahahahaha
