BKK for the 15649th time

Went BKK with my mom on 8 June to 11 June. It's been 18 years since she last visit BKK.. Yup yup, 18 years! hehehe

Me and my mom enjoying Osim's isqueeze in Changi.

It was such a HOT and HUMID trip.

9 June, we went Chatuchak for a mere 3hrs! It was so humid that me and my mom can't take it. We left for MBK around 1pm for PURE AIR-CONDITION SHOPPING! Late in the evening, we went Yaowarat for seafood dinner, bird's nests and pork floss shopping. *slurp* And i bought this too! Betagen AKA Yakult at 22baht for 450ml and 850ml for 34baht! Cheap Cheap.

It's Yakult Original.. Damn shiok.

10 June, we went Pratunam Complex for Wocoal bra shopping. I'm not a fan of Wocoal but my mom and her colleagues are! She bought 2 for herself, and 5 for 2 of her colleagues for a whopping 4608baht (equiv. S$ 208.10) after 10%. Cheap Cheap! We then hopped to Platinum for lunch and more shopping. Later, we went Chang Massage (at Siam Sq, next to Novotel) for 2hrs thai and pedicure. 3hrs later, we had dinner and made our way to Suan Lum. How can i missed Suan Lum on my last night in BKK?? Thank God i went! I managed to find a top that i like and kudos to the local designer!

11 June, we only have about 5 hrs to spare before we make our way to Airport. Brought my mom to Erawan (famous 4-face Buddha site). I was chilling at the shade waiting for my mom when i saw this guy. Very familiar looking, so i called Joel and it turn out that he was Joel's ex-colleague, Edward! *it's a small small world la la la*

Erawan BKK, at Grand Hyatt Erawan Hotel. It's famous but it became more famous after this insane guy went to whack the idol.. The insane guy was beaten to death by the angry mob.. tsk tsk.

The whole of Thailand is having sale right now, right? But when i went into Isetan and Zen at Central World, it's such a disappointment.. No sale at all! It's not like SIN where you see sale, they meant sale! Here? Not even a miserable 10% off.. NO! None! Kosong! Soon! Zero! Angry..

Not wanting to waste any more time, we left for Platinum shopping for Joel's tshirts and jeans. As usual, our luggages were overweight. Being a Singaporean in need of help overseas, we Singaporeans will always help each other out, right? And so, we did manage to get some help pooling our lugagge for check-in. Hahaha! Thank you, Singaporeans! :)

Home Sweet Home!
Viva la Holiday Addict Jaime! :p
